Not sure if I think Kev deserves it. His start to the season was extremely poor for his fantastic standards he’s set. His form the last couple of months has been unreal which would have put him right up there. No complaints though, love our players winning these.

Those statistics don’t tell the whole story though. I am certain that Kev’s work rate and contribution in games is way above that of Salads. Got to be fair though and admit that Dipper Mo is much better at diving.

The mad thing is, by both his and Pep’s own admissions, he wasn’t performing his best until around half-way through the season due to the pain he was in. So he kind of won this over about 4 months, that’s how good his finish to the season has been.

Think kdb d and his form over the last month got him over the line but tbh Ithought silva deserved it more I also thought son did well aswell .

It’s always based on what a player does in the last few months. De Bruyne has absolutely carried us since Feb. Think he had been MOM on here or 2nd/3rd almost every game since then. Sons record is impressive too given he doesn’t take pens. Salah was good pre Xmas but I think Mane has been their best player since then.

Some absolutely shit finishing from his teammates that some of his sublime passing deserved so much better than he got. If Håland is as clinical as he looks in Germany, we’re going to score a fucking bagful next season and Kev will smash the assist record.
