Tough sh1t, his manager wanted him on for that period and that's all that matters.

I meant it in the sense that his emotions were probably quite high having seen us get torn apart on the counter and trying to come on and salvage something that was, well unsalvageable.

Still managed to win some valuable points lately though. But I accept your point. He is most certainly not made of granite.
I am not picking on Stones but he is an example of one of our players who get a lot of injuries and when our manager insists on a fairly small squad with the amount of games we play, that becomes an issue and even more so when we have several like Stones, ie KDB, Ake, and to some extent Grealish.

Again it his emotions, our club is far more important than that.

And he cares about the club. He's always been emotional and often had arguments - even with Pep. That's just how he is.
It's a good sign, players care, Haaland was furious at the end ( with himself) it's when they walk off the pitch and don't care, that's when we should worry.

So kev is fired up and wants to play and he bollocked the players for getting bummed and that is wrong ? Also i wouldnt believe the rag **** reporting it

Stop turning on players who want to win , is that not what we want ?
You are right! Thats the mentality. Im 100% with Kevin! Last night was atrocious and he felt in the heart. Like a true citizen!

Even if he's carrying a bit of a knock he should be putting his hand up at times like this wanting to take responsibility. No games for two weeks now, put your body on the line for the club Kevin.

Gave the ball away for fun. Bottling out of tackles all over the place. Throwing his arms about. Putting his head down.

That one at the end where he left it to go for a corner and the Brighton player made an effort to keep it in - as he watched - was criminal.

Looks so disinterested. And let me guess, he waltzed down the tunnel again without clapping the fans?

Something tells me he knows we’ve lined up a replacement. Something also tells me he knows he’s off in the Summer. Shame to see it ending like this - one thing he’s always had is effort, and today (and in the last few games) even that’s been lacking which is unforgivable.

Injuries aside he’s no longer capable of the heights previously shown and probably a season too far.
