He knows the square root of fuck all does @MarsLlama
He pops up sporadically on threads to let us know how shit he thinks a player is then fucks off again.

We have a few posters on here who are post generators! If everyone agrees with everything on a forum it gets boring!

Example Say “Alvarez is fantastic player” you get yeah with one or two posts say “Alvarez be average and Messi makes him look good” you will have more interaction!

Alvarez looks fantastic and everyone should be excited to see him develop under Pep.
What people shouldn’t be doing, unless they’re cunts obviously, is turn his great WC performances into a dig at Grealish or any other player. It’s proper sad behaviour.

Yeah, you're right. IMHO we have a star on our hands. Not saying he's gonna be as good as Sergio, but he's gonna be a star. He's pretty damn good already.

But how do you take an opinion seriously when it is completely unmovable, rigid and based on zero evidence?

How do you take the opinion seriously when you know that poster hates Jack Grealish and simply can't fathom the idea that he's good even though he's not scoring lots of goals?

Grealish as a player is in that very grey area where like me I see him contributing to the team and an asset! Others see him in what he puts out as in assists and goals and now we have players on the bench who could can have better stats if given the chance is where I can see other fans thinking and just let it go as there opinion and a valid one..

To add to this, the thesis itself about Grealish as our worst transfer ever is so one-sided! (to avoide more offensive take like narrow-minded or lame;)

JG was an answer for an honest need to make a move during summer 2021, especially since Kane's transfer started to look doubtful. We were in a need of attacking players, pursuing two for real, Jack had a great season at Villa, his cameos during Euro were exciting. He is Englishman, his popularity elevated up massively during the Euro. Still for us it should be seen as a great honour to attract best players from England, it is not as easy as it sounds now when You compete with so decorated clubs as Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and so on, historically much more popular than City. We are slowly there, what many would have seen as impossible several years ago. City still need to expand its popularity, to pull attraction, to constantly grow. Grealish is perfect for this.

We do not like to hear this, but truth to be told - decisions are made in light of circumstances which exists atm of carring them out, nobody is a fairy.

Actual football aspect? He was of much better use for this team, than media or supporters of other clubs want You to believe it. He attracts opponents, has really great technique, but crucial part is he is able to hold the ball like not many others, run with it fast and close - to let other players and a team as a whole to fix their structure, sometimes catch a breathe. His goals and assists stats are so misleading as in reality he is much more involved in a game and positive result, than those numbers indicates. Last derby with Utd - zero goals, zero assists, yet absolutely brilliant performance.

Luckily enough - Pep knows football aspect better than anyone and my guess is he values Jack properly, much better than many of our own supporters, which is actually a shame in my book.

Grealish is not a flop, he made a lot for us and hes going to add even more.

I thought the Alvarez performance thread was getting a bit too focused on Alvarez and his wonderful World Cup campaign, I'm glad we can now get on with the real issue: is Jack Grealish worth £100m.

I always look at is £150 mil for Haaland and Grealish. No one would be moaning if we paid 100 mil for Haaland, so the fact we paid half his market value cancels out "overspending" on Grealish.
