Brilliant goal…

He was dreadful outside that. Anonymous for long stretches. Worse than midweek.
Wouldn’t be quite so harsh as to say dreadful but think he could certainly benefit from a little rest. However, because of the litany of injuries to senior players, there’s just been no respite for some of the younger players, many of whom might have benefited from being pulled from the fire earlier. Once the senior players start returning, we’ll have to be mindful that players such as Alvarez and Foden get rests, even if it is just rotating from the bench.

Foden is the last player that needs a rest and he is not a youngster, he is a experienced, multi title winning international footballer.

Best player of the season for me, outstanding player, always a threat and does incredible work off the ball, Haaland could learn a lot from Alvarez.
Couldn't agree more with you especially the workmate time after time he's tracking back into his own area. And finally we have a freekick taker without Kevin in the team.

His ability on a dead ball is magnificent and almost worth a place in the starting line up for that alone.

One of the best free kick takers in the world right now alongside Grimaldo
