Such a great player for us he really has been brilliant. A top athlete, tireless work rate getting up and down that right hand side.

It’s such a shame he’s been so poor recently, probably should’ve gone during the summer.

Hope he gets the move he wants.

Therefore, do we need to sign a replacement or make do with Rico and Akanji ?

I definitely don’t think Lewis is the answer. We might have to make do with them this season or maybe Khusanov will get a run there, he’s very quick.

Great player for us, best RB in the Premier League, good luck and all the best. I think we won‘t sign a new RB, think Khusanov will play there?

been very good for us and its time for him to move on but skip was our best ever RB
Trophies and medals would disagree with you. But each to their own. I’ve seen both play and appreciate both of them. Skip created our first true legacy. Kyle is part of the centurions, treble winners and four in a row. I doth my cap to both.
But Kyle’s achievements are unlikely to ever be repeated and for that he is my number one RB of all time.

The captain asking to leave mid-season when we're going through it, only to play abroad, is precisely why he shouldn't have been the captain in the first place(Yes, I know the players voted for him).. and him going to Txiki instead of Pep must feel like a giant slap in the face to Pep, especially given how much Pep has stuck his neck out for him. I don't think Pep would have mentioned that part if he wasn't hurt.

For many years, he was the best right back in the world, but I don't remember him even remotely with the same fondness as I do Zaba, despite winning far more with the former.

There are no problems with Pep and Walker.

Walker asked to leave because HE feels that he hasn't been up to par this season and if he stays, he'll do more harm than good to both City and himself. Recognising that you've lost your legs and are causing harm to the team is EXACTLY why he was made captain by the people who actually know him personally rather than watch him on the telly and have no idea what type of person that he is.

The first pin to fall from a wonderful era.

What a monster of a player for city.

He bailed us out time and time again against the counters.

Walkers performances against Vin JR will always be remembered amongst so many.

He was about to leave last summer and agreed to stay which is also admirable. Now a few months later his head is fried and his legs look to have gone.

The best RB under the current custodian.

The off field issues is not my business. I wish him well.

Thanks captain winky -:)

Shame that his last ever match for us is one where he was absolutely hideous and got slated by a fan!

Been a great player so thanks for that Kyle but it was a season too far and we should have sold him when we had the chance.

Well said. If he was such a twat as people on here would have you believe, no way would his team mates have voted him to continue as Captain.
