Either that or castles makes shit up, I know what I believe and I never ever heard castles get anything right about City, or indeed anything right about anything. Castles is an attention seeking, City hating, no nowt despicable **** (and that’s me being kind)

Have been four times and love it……to visit.

We’re talking about living there though especially as a famous footballer. Neymar for instance would not be able to go to any of them without getting mobbed, therefore all a footballer needs is the weather.

Ronaldo spent nearly a decade in Madrid, I doubt he visited many amenities that the city has to offer, he was locked up in a luxury prison and it would have been much harder if it was damp and dark like Manchester is for 3/4 of the year.

It was all agreed for him to join Barca last summer but it fell through. Pretty sad this, I love the guy but he really is off :(

For whatever reason, B. Silva seems to want a transfer - maybe homesick?

If we can convince him to stay we're a much better squad - B. Silva is top, top class.
 
I love Bernardo - bubble-gum skills, the wonderful goal celebrations, singing 'we are the champions', his work ethic. I love his popularity with the canteen staff, his multi-lingual abilities, Brewnardo. 'Get a girlfriend.' 'Read a book.'

Yet I wonder if I'll look back on his time with us as one of slight disappointment. One amazing season, two average ones, one good one. A bit like Mario, maybe, my affection for him outweighs his achievements.

Ach, who am I kidding? I'm just preparing myself for the worst. Please stay.

Hasn't it already been stated by others that he was looking to leave last summer? I seem to remember Tolm hinting that we could lose him just before that window opened.

Not really outside the realms of possibility that Barca were after him.

It was a year after he signed the extension. Between then and last summer there was a hell of a lot going on, including a pandemic that we're still not fully out of.

I want it to be bollocks as much as anyone because he's one of my favourite players but I also feel like some of you simply refuse to accept that this might be true for the very same reason.

Honestly think Bernardo gets away with more than most. The last two seasons have been average for me. 26 years old and if he's got good resale value it's time to replace with a better talent and whilst I agree the Mendy cartoon incident wasn't malicious his reaction to the backlash was stupid. There is an immature side to him, again he's Mendy's bezzie isnt he. Like the guard of honour - his team mates respected the tradition to line and applaud, but sipping a brew might make great banter on Twitter but it's a bit poor even if it was the scousers. We'd be pretty damning if say Herrera did that to us for example.

Last season he got 2 goals and 6 assists.

Compare to our other attackers:
De Bruyne 6 and 12
Mahrez 9 and 6
Sterling 10 and 7
Foden 9 and 5
Torres 7 and 2
Gundogan 13 and 2

I appreciate this efforts, but if the reports that he wanted to leave last season are true that might back up the drop in performance for 2 seasons. Sell for me.

Which is exactly what I put. I’ll believe it when I see it. Nothing at this moment makes me think he is going other than wild media propaganda and speculation.
Trust me, I’m the first to admit if a player wants to go then they should go.
