Reading it almost made my eyes bleed.

I said on another thread last week he's either very old 30, or he just needs a bit of a break and get rejuvenated.

If we win the cup I will be absolutely delighted for Bernado as he has slogged his way through this season and has played the most minutes after Gvardiol and Erling.

He has kept going and always tried hard even when out of form. He has also showed exceptional leadership - for example when he helped Khusanov after his struggles in the first half of his debut match.

When people suggested that he is done and should go I always responded that he has plenty of credit in the bank and will come good. It is nice to be proven right in Bernado's case.

I hope he will be here next season as he knows what Pep wants.

His position contributes to his performance. Being thrown out wide a lot this season has hampered him and I, like many thought it might be his legs. He just isn't a winger.

Hard to get your head around the fact that he's made 400 appearances for us. He's had a fantastic career with us. He only missed Pep's first season, joining on May 26th 2017. His medal collection is highly impressive;

Yes; his form has dipped this season. But he wasn't the only one, to be fair. I wish him well, wherever his future lies. I'm assuming that he didn't play in the European Super Cup, as it's not listed among his honours.
