A little over 8,000 votes left in Georgia spread across five counties.

Trump leads in three, Biden in two as it stands.

Gwinnet County accounts for 4,800 of the remaining votes and Biden is already winning that county with 58%.

Yes - if you go by the logic that it is still mathematical possible for Trump to win then you shouldn't call it.

But we have all seen the slow trickle of mail in votes pushing Biden ahead and nothing to suggest that is going to stop. It would need to get reversed in at least 2 states. So its like a team being 2 nil up, in extra time, but the other team can't get the ball so they are not going to win.
There's really no upside to a network calling it. I'd bet the other networks would love Fox to call it first actually.

There are hundreds of good things Biden can and will do to help the American public and undo the damage Trump has done without controlling the senate, Bigga is just being Bigga, the same boring old Biden hating faux lefty he's been for years.
Amen.

No, he'll sue (unclear who/what entities -- probably Secretaries of State, specific election commissioners -- whomever he can find to sue personally -- folks without resources to fight back -- except they'll be plenty of attorneys willing to fight for them pro bono -- plus whatever state entities they can), there will be plenty of coverage, all his suits will be thrown out/dismissed, and then he'll go on to the "corrupt Dem judges" and turn on his own internal staff and other Republicans, bitching and sniping and accusing all the way until he's shipped out of office. Like Nixon, at some point he's going to have to start thinking about his defense because as soon as he's out of office, he'll have no protection from state adjudication. I can absolutely see him pardoning himself and his family for any crimes potentially committed on a Federal level -- that will be the biggest story.
But you have to be found guilty of a crime to be pardoned, I think. And they won't charge him with anything until he's out of office.

Chances are that even in the Trump counties the outstanding ballots to be counted will be mostly Democrat because they’re mail in ones.

You do not. You can pre-emptively pardon, just as Ford did Nixon, and in 1974 Nixon's lawyers researched the self-pardon issue and determined then that it was Constitutionally-feasible by their read.

Yeah, I think he’s going to do exactly what we have all predicted for some time, which includes all of the above and likely more “burn it all done because I can’t have it” actions, as well.

And he’ll definitely try to pardon himself and his family, but that will fail, especially as not a single reputable legal scholar in the country today holds that the President can pardon himself without any actual convictions (that is, make a ‘blank check’ self-pardon).
