On the issue of Race:
"When you were DA in San Fransisco, when you left office, African Americans were 19 times more likely to be prosecuted for minor drug offenses than Whites and Hispanics. When you were Attorney General if California you increased the disproportionate incarceration of blacks in California. You did nothing on criminal justice reform in California. You didn't lift a finger to pass the first step act on Capitol Hill. The reality is your record speaks for itself..."
For those who don't understand the gravity of this response by Pence, what he is saying is that Kamala Harris at every point in her career, as a DA, as AG, and as a Senator has consistently either made things worse for her African American constituents or offered no help even where others had already done the heavy lifting as it relates to issues that mattered to them.
This was a knock out punch. Granted, it was partly stolen from the Tulsi Gabbard's evisceration of Kamala in the primaries.
This debate was not close. It was a one way beat down. Luckily for her, VP debates don't mean shit :)
