"Influencers" and "Pushers" would be enough at this point, in my opinion. Being assimilated into whichever party would be pointless if that party failed in its promises. There'd be nothing wrong with being independent enough to guarantee a vote from a demographic. A bit like Jim "joe knows us" Clyburn for influence.
I don't think gaining supporters is much of an issue, to be honest, it just needs direction. The block of where the money goes is not an issue either. We've seen people power break money lines with the election of Progressive candidates, so money doesn't always equal influence.
With the working class being the driver, consumer and contributor to the wealth of big business, there would be the ability to forced compromise for the working conditions and being more influential in the boardroom.
I know there's big talk on a new party forming as it's been happening in one form or other since the summer, in earnest. Right now, I know that the ideas are split on the way forward, when really they should march and support each other.
