Can't build up any enthusiasm whatsoever for this joke of a tournament. Something which has been a highlight of my life every 4 years has been reduced to nothing as far as I'm concerned. Haven't even got a wall chart this time around. Roll on 19th December.

Exactly how I see it. At best it will be on in the background whilst I work, as opposed to days off when England play to go out. Actually looking forward to the summer after the season. Not this though, this just wrong.

Wanted to have bet on World Cup, but wholly lacking in necessary knowledge. Whilst washing pots, Don’t Cry For Me Argentina twice came up on Spotify this week, whilst on shuffle. Have about 1000 songs, so this is obviously a sign. One whole English pound duly invested

Really struggling to find any interest in this.

It's a WC for the people who turn up at pubs covered in England stuff who never see a domestic match in person....a plastics WC.

The vast majority of match going fans who I've spoken with are all pissed off its fucking about with 'proper football '.

Will I watch any? Probably some games but, I've not got a wallchart and not even been bothered to put together a silly name eleven from the squads.
