Khusanov would be in exactly the same position if injuries hadn’t forced his selection. We don’t have any more dead rubbers or pissovers so he’ll have to be content coming off the bench for a few minutes now and again. When we played Plymouth I was amazed at the spring and his aerial strength, he often hung in the air, very impressive for a very slight lad.1- He is always ready to get the ball & ready it to pass it around
2- Even though is is young & skinny, he won most of duels ( Ground & Aerial) against strong physical opponents.

I think the plan with Bah is another loan. The initial reports were to keep him at Valladolid and then a prem loan if successful. That obviously all changed when the deal for Bah changed but had Lens lined up for a loan move. He’s still looked impressive but have to remember his meteoric rise from Sierra Leone is still very short lived and could do with more experience. That said I can’t wait to see more of Bah.Next season will see opportunity, I think, for Reis and Bah, as well as Khusanov and O'Reilly.

With Reis I find it odd how little we’ve seen of him especially with injuries to Stones/Ake/Akanji. If he was bought in to eventually replace one now is a perfect time to play as they are injured. Obviously Khusaniv has hit the ground running and is the priority of those two but still thought we’d see more of Reis of the bench. I hope they keep him around the squad
True. Pep has always said anointing wanting a small squad as having multiple great players means they all want to play a lot. See my comment about Bah - I think you are correct.I believe the reason he came in January and didn't stay on loan at Palmeiras is City wanted him here so in the long run he would count as homegrown.
I think he will be with us next season and 2 of Akanji, Stones or Ake will leave.

With Ake and Akanji being potential backups of the fullbacks and Stones being injured all the time anyways there should be a chance. Girona is not possible until winter sadly .
