I must have stumbled upon the Richard Edghill thread by mistake.
Welcome to the City fanbase, where fools specialise in blaming players for all sorts of things that aren't actually their fault. Enjoy!true but it is already clear that he’ll be blamed for city not buying and playing a natural, super fast lb.

Neither did Walker, who got turned by Bryan Gil, of all people, a couple of times. I just feel like he is not the one to blame for today's result. He is getting used to the LB position in our system and still doing great in most of the games. He was underwhelming but still better than most of the team in the 2nd half, IMO.
Probably not a left-back but he's what, 21? And he's in his first season. Got more than enough time to learn. Has all the attributes and, unlike Mangala who had all the attributes but no chance of fitting them all together, has already shown that he's got a solid head on his shoulders and will become a more complete defender.
When he's played in his proper position and had more than five minutes of working with Pep.So, when can we call Gvardiol a flop?
There's nothing special about him..
Most people want to sell him, so just calling him a flop is almost kind. It will be interesting to see the upswing in City’s performance when he’s gone. So, when can we call Gvardiol a flop?
