The pen was a nice height for a very good keeper who, having gone the right way, would be disappointed if he hadn't saved it.

He's a decent penalty-taker. I prefer Haaland on them, but Haaland wasn't on the pitch, and in that situation it makes sense for it to be Mahrez, who took most of our penalties last season and did pretty well with them.

Thought he was having a decent game before being subbed after the red card. Took a mediocre penalty and got Rodri's goal disallowed for a handball he couldn't really have avoided, but looked like he was getting his confidence back and was doing okay.

Slow start to this season for him but I'm sure he'll get better.

When? Fans get far too hung up on his 1st touch. Yeah it’s nice, looks good…Produces nothing. The guy has 11 PL assists over the last 2 seasons and none so far this. It’s all well and good having a nice 1st touch but clearly his 2nd and 3rd touches aren’t doing much. He needs a rocket up his arse and you wouldve hoped that Pep effectively calling him Luke Shaw might have done it. However, the 30mins he was on tonight he was an absolute disgrace so maybe it’s fallen on deaf ears. Maybe giving him a new two year extension while also selling his main competition for his place isn’t the best motivator?
