Same old, same old. We’ve had these comments - on both sides - ever since he joined us.

He’ll turn the tide with a good spell but then, as in nature, the tide goes out again. Hence he almost worked off the FFS tag last season but all the old doubts are back.

Will always be a Marmite player with high technical ability but no real steel.

He's still got the best touch, I think of all the squad. Foden comes close, but there's not been much else from Riyad this season. That pass from Kev yesterday that put him in on goal was a chance, and he had the space and time. to come onto his left and curl it into the top left corner. And, of course, the miss was compounded 'cos the Seagulls fucked up the other end and shat on us!
I must admit, if the rest of his game was as good as his initial control of the ball he would be some player. It really is superb, but nearly everthing else just doesn't seem to be working for him at the moment.

Sorry. Know she's a rag but it still made me laugh.

He has had far too many poor/average spells at the club. Some are saying he will turn it around in the 2nd half of the season based on what he did last year. What they are failing to take into account is that his numbers last year were the anomaly, and not his form this season. He didn't gain the moniker FFS because he was ripping up trees week in, week out.

The guy is in his 30s, has a new bumper deal and is seemingly happy with limited game-time. Last season he played less PL games than both Sterling and Jesus. They have both been sold and yet our £200k pw wide forward still cant nail a place down in the side. Most now want his mins on the pitch to go to Alvarez or Palmer. He should have been sold in the summer and is currently a huge problem for Pep and the side, because its very difficult to just cast aside someone of his profile and earnings.

What if someone names you "WTF" ? Would you still laugh and post it here?

I would, quite happily!

I've been called far worse in my life.

Sticks and stones and all that... You don't honestly think multi millionaire footballers with long term contracts give a shit about what a few people call them on a fan site, do you?

It's healthy sarcastic banter. It's in the British psyche and it will never change, regardless of what some members of the terminally offended society may think.

My mother told me to show respect to all people who did nothing bad to me. I choose her suggestion over yours. Has nothing to do with millionaire footballers.

You clearly are such a fanboy/girl that you wont accept british humour/irony and it is ffs
You just want to win arguments and silence people by this fanboy fangirl nonsense. You must have looked at my profile and tried to patronize and condescend me by making a tribal (you vs us) statement about my belief in respecting people. I'm sure you must have used the f***ing ffs word many times since you're defending it so vehemently.
