You should at least try to understand that other people are allowed opinions that may or may not align with your own.

If Nunes had turned in that performance in an Everton shirt last night, we'd have laughed at any suggestion that he'd be good enough for City.

Just because they pull on a City shirt doesn't guarantee they're going to be a great player. Nunes is just another very average signing made in haste.

They don’t have to align. It would just be nice if there was constructive criticism instead of the usual over reactions that we get on here.
He’s not pulled up any trees yet for sure but it’s way way too early to write him off.

I'm bored stiff by people rolling out the same old 'first season' chestnut about players.

Nunes did nowt at Wolves worth writing home about, and we signed him out of desperation having missed out on (at least) three targets.

Just because he's wearing a City shirt doesn't mean he's going to be great. He was poor last night. He was at best a passenger, and we improved 100% when Kovacic came on.

Nunes is this season's Kalvin Phillips. He'll be lucky to get on the bench when KDB returns.

Great players don't need time to settle, they just get better and better with time.

Nunes is a talent but at this stage he looks underwhelming but Pep has plenty to work with.

He’s a decent player but doesn’t look like he’s ready to compete with our other players. looks like he lacks confidence when he does play.

Granted everyone is entitled to a bad game but KDB is arguably the best midfielder in PL history. Kovacic has done it at the top level. Nunes has done nothing of note to be compared to either.

You’re also comparing the great teams that kovacic and kdb has played in.. who has Nunes played with? You can’t put him no where near those you mentioned with only 6months of time.
