Surprised his attitude isn’t being mentioned here.

He’s a flouncing ponce, stands there with his arms in the air when a team mate doesn’t read a pass or one of his stupid flicks fails. Sits on the floor with his arms in the air bitching to the ref when he’s been fairly tackled rather than getting up and chasing the ball.

Needs to sort himself out.
Bruno Fernandes must be coaching him

I like his play, glides past players and is fast.

Needs to stop throwing his arms about, though, when a teammate doesn’t give spot a run. Won’t go down well with his teammates, Pep or the majority of fans I bet.

I still think he will come good. Making good runs and had a decent game overall. Will likely get better with more time to build that chemistry with the team.

I think he has a lot of quality. But I really didn't like his attitude at times yesterday, often raising arms and moaning at his teammates for not passing the ball while he himself gave it away on many an occasion through needless flicks.

There's a player there, but he's very raw and needs refining, his ability and his attitude.

Him and Kovicic need to know when to pass the ball they hold on to it a touch to long by it early days will take them a bit of time! Think pep will have a word about it and he will stop putting his arms in the air complaining about not getting the ball..

Said when we signed him he has quality but I do question his attitude and do see him as the cancelo in midfield something which needs sorting ASAP

I've just run this description through my database of PL prima donnas and it's returned 147 examples.

Especially when the worst bit of selfish play was him not just sliding Doku in. Looks to have good potential in general though

Not impressed with his attitude so far. Father Ruben needs to take him aside and have an honest 'chat'.
Loses the ball far too much in dangerous places. Looks like he has one wavelength - his own.
Early days but surely thats when you want to make the best impression.

He needs to realise quickly if his attitude isnt correct he will not last five minutes with Pep , Sane and Cancelo are excllent footballers but if you do not tow the line , you are history. Really hope Nunes settles down and becomes a team player otherwise he will be out on his ear.

The rage at my prediction how Nunes would pan out City . Oh dear !
He is nowhere near the level of class needed to play in that position………. Yet !
He has shown glimpses though and carries the ball well at times . His petulance is there for all to see , Pep has his work cut out with this lad for sure ! Work in progress but there is a possibility he will make the grade in his second season like so many others have done !

I am not convinced, will give the lad time though and hopefully he turns into a Bernado, Jack, Gundog rather than a Kalvin.

He hasn't shown much to be positive about thus far. What I posted above is correct or are you saying this lad was the target not Paqueta all along?
Paqueta clearly was the man wanted and if he is cleared I still think he will be signed this coming window, but Nunes is a quality player with huge potential.

A certain Kalvin Phillips is given 18 months of excuses , yet Nunes is crap after a couple of weeks.

Nunes has pace, scoring ability, creative and box to box, he just need discipline and the attitude taking out of him and Pep will do just that.

The whole Nunes experience so far. He might come good i think but right now it's....

For now I like him, he brings a dynamism we haven't had in midfield for a long time.

Needs to cool it a bit at the last moments though otherwise it'll start to become frustrating, maybe he's trying a bit too hard. Should have a couple of goals already.

As we still seem to be in the market for Paqueta or somebody else, I'd say Nunes had nothing to do with Paqueta and so comparing them is pointless.
