:|
come on.

there was a source, he even named the guy in the last one.

i guess he could have added that as a bit of a hook, but still, he named one.

we dont have long to wait now to see if its right, so im gonna stay hopeful

whats his source?

Apparently some guy he named by misstake in another thread (got deleted). I don't know who but I guess it was someone in the staff or youth team.

Someone senior on staff not related to the playing side.

No names, no pack drill!
bull shit

It's not bullshit that Hooch named the person in his OP cos I read it and that his role is as I describe. He allegedly is a friend and bumped into him in a garage where he passed on the 3 players in 24 hours info without names.

Whether the story itself is bullshit we will find out over the next 13.5 hours!

Can't see it happening myself but fingers crossed anyway.

One interesting thing:
Fabian Delph has been deleted from the Leeds United squad page.
<a class="postlink" href="http://www.leedsunited.com/page/PlayerProfileIndex/0,,10273,00.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.leedsunited.com/page/PlayerP ... 73,00.html</a>

I guess it's nothing, but in the same time their OS has been first out announcing several deals. We've been linked with him before. Could just be a misstake though.
Is he any good?

Yeah, just turned 19 and has already played in the U21. Has scored several goals this season, beautiful ones, from central midfield. Was linked with us, Aston Villa and Scums a couple of weeks ago for around £6m. Leeds need to buy back their training ground this summer so they will probably want to sell him, even though they say he stays (but if a big offer comes...).

Great passer, works hard.
According to Sky News he is only 17yo but that must be wrong.

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.setanta.com//uk/Articles/Football/2009/1/13/Prem-Kinnear-on-Given-and-Owen/gnid-35159/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.setanta.com//uk/Articles/Foo ... nid-35159/</a>
Joe Kinnear has given Manchester City short shrift in their pursuit of Shay Given by claiming the Irishman will remain a Newcastle player beyond the close of the January transfer window.

As well as hardening his stance on Given, Kinnear also had praise for the recent performances of Michael Owen - another player linked with a move away from Tyneside.

The influential pair will have a major say on whether The Magpies are able to climb the table and Kinnear cannot countenance losing either.

Kinnear's insistence means City will have to look elsewhere to improve their options between the sticks.

"In my eyes, Shay is still going nowhere," said Kinnear. "He's got a major role here, as has Michael Owen and they both proved they are focused and committed to the club."

Yeah it is, I guess they don't keep much track of League 1 players.

Kinnear can say what he wants, Ashley wants the money Kinnear wont even get a say in it.
