I really like Milner. I know where we're trying to get there's little room for such niceties, but I think he could be a really important player for us. Probably never in the first choice 11, but a fantastic squad player nonetheless. Coming on at 60/70 minutes to inject a new engine into the game against a flagging opposition, stamina to play basically anywhere you like, not a bad shot on him. He's just been mis-used this season, we've still much more to see from him I reckon.

You are aware he was behind almost everything Spurs did last season and the first half of this season, correct? Most of that was before the Inter game. I've already said he's not the messiah but you are thick if you don't think he'd be worth 20 mil as you have to be a poor player not to be home grown and worth 20 mil in this day and age!
