At least half of them were blues. Either way, it still wasn't the highest recorded crowd at Maine Road so why try and claim it as such? Especially as you don't even hold the attendance record at your own ground.

Up until a few years ago, wasn't it the position that 9 out of 10 of the rags highest attendances were at... Maine Road!

And that the rags could only compete in Europe because we lent them our stadium?

And that the year prior to the formation of the Premiership, the rags were runners-up and stiull managed to attract crowds of less than 30,000 on a number of occasions?

I often wondered what happened for them to find another 45,000 fans after that...
