Credit to Pep, he seems to have got it spot on in terms of development and introduction to the 1st team. Agree he's the best option on the left and maybe with Raz on the right and FFS on the bench we can get back to the shape of the team when Sane and Raz were on either wing.

I was just thinking after the Villa game that Foden was supposed to be our David replacement, but he's looking more like a Sane replacement at the moment.

Its clear to everyone that this kid is special, I no longer worry about him not starting games because everytime I see him he looks more comfortable in his role.

He is rapidly approaching the stage where he is one of the first names on the team sheet.

Give him 18 months and he will be one of the finest players in the league assuming he keeps his head screwed on.

Give him a new contract and let him put any number he wants on it. Said for ages he's the second best player in the squad and if he carries on the way he is developing he will soon overtake Kev as well.
