Just looked at his goal again ..against Seville.from a central midfield position, his control of the ball with his left foot was absolutely brilliant.
Made me think back to the days of Liam Brady at Arsenal.
This lad is dangerous to defenders,he just knows where the goal is,and put the ball, exactly where the keeper couldn't reach it.
Quality.Dangerous...and still ,a lot more to come from our Phil.

Can‘t believe people are assed about what he is doing WITH HIS Hair. Boomer vibes.

Always like Phil's attitude , he's not the biggest but he is a fighter when he didnt get a free kick near the end of the Dortund game he launched into the Dortmund player in frustration and took a booking , he is growing into a player who will not take any shite anymore. He will be the mainstay of our team for the next decade.

Personally been disappointed recently by him but he changed the game tonight along with Alvarez and Bernie. Being direct, having fight and intensity is the perfect mix and he has it all when he’s on it.

His biggest contribution was getting a first time ball in, instead of fucking about trying to beat man after man.
