100% agree , he looked fit, hungry and up for it as soon as he came on.Body language and engagement levels were much, much better today. Just looked quicker, more involved, and was great to see him begging for the ball. Very encouraging

I didn't recognise him in the summer for England (highlighted further because Palmer was so good) Has he had an illness or family issues we don't know about? You simply can't leave the Footballer of the Year out of the side, especially as Rodri and KDB missing.
Fingers crossed he's on his way back, because we're missing his creativity and goals big time.
