But that's what I mean when I say he's at a great market value atm so it's worth considering selling if we think he can't rediscover his form.The difference is that he's a much better footballer than Rashford, you'd essentially be selling a brilliant youngish footballer that was winning all the player of the year awards not even a year ago, just on the back of one poor season. You have to keep him to see if he will get back to his best, even at the risk of it becoming a Rashford situation. His talent should buy him a lot more time and patience than someone like Rashford.
Unless of course you agree with all the arsenal fans, dippers and rags that have been saying he's vastly overrated for a while. Just like we said about Rashford.
I don't think Foden is overrated but this version of Foden is such an ineffective footballer. I can't recall the last excellent pass he made or the last mazy dribble etc. His game has become so reductionist that he's not even enjoyable to watch and it's bordering on genuinely painful watching him play for England.
