Given a solid partner at the back, he has been able to nurture and grow his own game.

He was done for pace by Muller, as evidenced by Walker making up about 8 yards on him and shoving him out of the way trying to stop “the shot,” but he has been immense this whole season, for both club and country!

Yep,said it myself many times.They are very good individually but they work even better together,they bring out the best in each other.

Maybe the best partnership in Europe.
 
Calling him world class after a good season isn't a good look for anyone who claims to know about football, Mangala had a great season at Porto before signing with us, would you have referred to Mangala as world class back then?
Mangala never had all the attributes that makes a WC CB, Stones always has and over the last 12 months for both City and England he’s shown it.
You can take your not a good look comment and shove it up your arse, thanks.
