His form has been fantastic. Makes me really happy that he's gotten his head on straight.

I hope he starts Saturday and proves to the world that he is as good as he has looked the last few games. If he continues this form he must be a shoe in for the England team with Kyle.

If his performances are anything to go by i guess he's finally sorted his personal life out. That last ditch tackle at the near post was top drawer.

I think the big thing will be how he reacts whenever it is that he makes that first mistake. Previously he's let his head drop and it's affected him negatively. Lets hope he can be like Ederson or Walker and just get on with it.

Yep. Been really enjoying his game at the moment and I don't know what it his but he looks bloody big on the pitch as well. Made laporte look tiny next to him in shots of the two last night.

I do have a niggle at the back of my mind waiting with apprehension for that first mistake and how he reacts to it though.

Irrespective of form, it is good to see him looking a lot better emotionally
Agreed. He looks a lot happier.

A few months back his eyes looked sunk, huge grey bags under his eyes, hair and beard a mess.

Looking more confident, always looked that extra bit classier with the white boots etc and his frame. Bit of a odd observation hah.

I am one of those who had written Stones off because of his "off-field issues" but I am delighted he is proving me wrong. What an asset he would be if he can get back to his 2017/18 level.
He is easily our best defender at playing the ball out of defence and we have really missed him in the last 18 months. He is key to the midfield getting the ball quickly and that has been a major problem for us. I also think Stones moving out quickly has freed up Gundogan to play further forward where he is a lot more effective.
If you watch Stones he plays a lot of straight passes at pace, expecially to KDB. You don't often see him playing sideways. Sometimes a small change makes a huge difference. I think Stones has a big positive effect on our tempo.
