"Worst" has a negative connotation that does not apply to our situation. Akanji has been brilliant. Gvardiol approaching brilliant and Ake very, very good. Dias has not been as consistent as those 3, therefore, he hasn't been as good. But let's be clear if there is any 'worst" it's been Walker, simple as. As much as I love Johnny, many say the best ability is availability and JB has fallen way off that mark this season even by his standards. After watching Dias over the past 4 seasons and of more importance 2 days ago he's 100% playing in the back 4 for this match, just saying...Dias has been far and away our worst defender this season, so no idea why anyone would think he was a better option than Stones at the back. Except Pep of course, lol.
