only makes complete and total sense.

it would be WONDERFUL to get to the knockout stages of the CL, but tying at home against Napoli and getting spanked by BM when we were on the front foot has proven costly. Now, we have to learn from that or take our lumps and move on.
Winning the league is the be all and end all for City this season. End of.
So let me get this straight, you think a draw and a defeat in four games in the top club competition in the world have been costly, and that we should win all our games against the big clubs in the premier league, and if we don't win the premier league we haven't achieved the "be all and end all"? I think a reality check is just around the corner for some fans .....

unless we want to win the group, which Mancini will.
We have a strong squad, lets use it, trust Mancini rotation
As for being pleased about going out of Champions League - no way
We must avoid the Europa league and battle on all fronts.
Anyone seen Arsenal fixtures at the time of Carling Cup?
A 0-0 would be good results, and take them back to our place

No replays in the Carling cup so extra time and pens on the night should it come to that, cant wait to get back about 4 in the morning and be up at half 5 for work the next day!!!
