Works really well in the hybrid LB/CB role our back 4 has where the RB inverts.

Just simply the best defensive left back in the world, attacking wise, there are others that are better, but he is slowly adding more of that to his game making him more well rounded.

I like Peps direction, he wants the fullbacks to be good defenders firstly, then add on tweaks to make them work in the system over time.

He's been so consistent this season.

A bit like Grealish, I think Ake has really benefited from playing virtually every game. It's enabled him to get in to a rhythm.
