Bugger. Still think we can beat Wales and Wales can beat France though. This is going all the way.

Wales lost a game last year didn't they?

Yes both Wales and England won 4 and lost 1. Taking the positives from today, we only lost by 2 points and Wales only own by 8. That could prove crucial at the end. Also Wales have to play Ireland away this year. We're definitely still in this.

Well I was happy with how Ireland played today. Some good things were done and with Paul O Connell and Gordon Darcy and Luke Fitzgerald and Simon Zebo all to come back and Tommy Bowe there is many other attacking options for the Wales game to come.

England played very well but I honestly believe the World Cup is a year too soon for them to do any damage. It's still a four way battle, England and France have the upper hand at the moment as they have played each other. I would back Wales to win it though, we always start quite slowly.

I had a look at our first 15, no injuries or anything and by fuck we have a team more than capable of winning the world cup, it's insane with everyone fit. We just have very little strength in depth, particularly in the forwards. That is one major reason why I support players leaving Wales to play in England and France, more players getting a chance at home and gaining more experience earlier.

I feel for Scotland fans, more of the same from them. They play some decent Rugby but as soon as they get near getting any points they panic and cock it up, it's been the same for years.

The thing is with the Scots they have always been Irelands bogey team. Ireland have to right a few wrongs from last season namely Italy and Scotland beating them. Going to England and France I dont think will put fear into the Irish team. I love the Ireland games with Wales always close encounters no matter where they play each other. Ireland normally do well in Wales and Wales normally do well in Ireland. IF Ireland win it sets up the English game. Go to Twickkers with 2 wins in the bag tails up that could well be a match of Ireland trying to play a open game I hope. Unlike the last game which was so bad 12 - 6 England won Irelands worst preformance against the English at home for such a long long time. New management has boosted the team somewhat and its still a open championship. I wouldnt be shocked if no team wins the grand slam because all the teams are getting closer now.

Well with it only 2 weekends away who is going to win the 6 Nations. Will the Mighty Welsh do it again or will it be the brute force of the English or could it be the attacking flair of the Irish and French. Or will the Scots and Italians upset the lot this season. I love this time of the year. With this 6 Nations I think a lot of teams will be building for the World Cup in 2015. So I wouldnt be shocked to see a surprise winner this year and all teams beating each other. I think the French might do it this year. England it seems to me are building for the World Cup. As too are the Irish slowly. With the likes of BOD on his last leg this season we might see a new centre or 2 in the Irish team. I think the Scots will do well this year. Look at the Heinken Cup this season and they have done ok in it. I think the English Rugby Union are missing a trick by leaving it next year. That is the elite rugby tournament with the top teams from Ireland , Wales and France there will be a bit of a decision to be made at the end of the season and if your the English Rugby Union you would rather they play against the better teams and players than not and sort something out.

Just got back from Paris mate and to be fair I still think England can win after their performance on Saturday night, a bit naïve at the start and at the end but dominated a good strong French side for long periods of the game. Still all to play for as far as I am concerned.

Yes England done extremely well in the game no doubting it. I thought with 10 minutes to go England would of held onto the win. Its going to be the closest championship for years. I would love to see Ireland winning it for BOD but that never happens. He will be 1 player Ireland and World Rugby will miss by far 1 of the best centres ever.

I agree, BOD is up there with the best ever, if not the best. The way the fixtures this season, this could go down to the last game again, cant see any team winning the slam though to be honest.
I do see Ireland beating Wales next weekend but I can also see England beating both at HQ.. Looking forward to it all, Im in Rome for the last game so I am hoping that game is the decider for us.

Should be good going to Rome for the game. Saying that the Italians are getting the odd win here and there over the big teams so it wont be a easy game. Gone are the days of a team beating Italy by 20 to 30 points these days they are a lot closer to the others.
