I saw nothing more than an average performance,first half awful,second alot better when he decided to run at players.
There is still so much lacking in his game though ,such as strength,holding the ball up,decision making.......and yet to read the comments on here youd think he was tearing it up every game.

Improving,yes...but not enough.

For Sterling's size, he's immensely strong.

I've seen him bully 6ft+, 180lb+ players who rolled over Sterling's back trying to get the ball.

If your saying 50/50s in the air, then Sterling is short, has nothing to do with strength.

If your saying 50/50s on the ground, that has way more to do with timing, and technicality than Strength.

If you said he isn't good at 50/50s and needs to work on the timing of his tackles, then fair, but strength? That's just wrong and you know it.

Influence? Your question was about his strength, and I already told you that I've seen Sterling bully players much bigger than him.

The problem was in your wording, you didn't mean strength, you meant in his challenges (or tackles) which is what I said.

Sterling is a winger, I'm not too concerned about his "tackling" tbh, he runs back to defend and puts in a challenge when he needs to even if he is not a master at "tackling".

You change the goal posts on Sterling too much, that's why some posters are calling you biased, you complain about such small things about him, yet won't praise the many good moments he had in this game, why?

Sterling had a better game than Foden, are you giving Foden this flack too? No, I don't see it in his thread, giving me and others more "evidence" that you really just don't like Sterling.

If anybody is weak here it's your "mentality" towards Sterling and some of our other players, not Sterling himself.
