If he's plateauing at the levels he's been at during the previous 2-3 seasons I'd take that.

He has scored more than 20, for the past 3 seasons.

If it’s that easy to score 50 goals a season, why have only players like Lewandoski, Messi and Ronaldo managed it in the last few years?

Why hasn’t Aguero managed more than 33 in this team then? If Sterling’s so shit for not doing it.

A forward is judged on goals and if they put up large numbers of goals which bar Messi and Ronaldo, Sterling currently does as well as any wide forward in the last 10 years or so and most of them are tap ins that would equate to a great forward.

it simply points to Sterling being massively effective in his job more than the other way around.

If you put yourself in lots of positions to score easy goals you are more use and more effective to a player that does not and scores 10 worldies Per season.

I'd say the argument is he hasn't done it enough in the past year or so and it's made a huge difference to them, plus he's scoring his goals in clusters rather than in 17/18 when it was regular match-winning goals, makes a big difference to our points total at the end of the season.

cos Aguero gets injured every single season yoi dummy, and we share the goals around . Not like the 3 mentioned players , who also are all on another level then KUN
