Much better in the 2nd half, close to scoring a few times.

Happy enough with that, just keep improving.

Foden is the starter for now, and nothing wrong with that, but Sterling can play the premier league games to keep improving his form.
 
Sometimes a team outgrows a player, like we did this season this Aguero.
So right now I feel we have outgrown Sterling as a player esp on the wings. Sane's departure has hurt him the most.
He is no Foden. At what he is good at , we don't play like that anymore. Plus his shit form. Sometimes a player with shit form continues to play until he gets in right.
Like Fernandes at rags, the dogface was utter shit last 3 4 weeks but took on some form at the Europa game. I would expect him to shithouse to a goal or a assist tomorrow or next few matches.
Sterling and City can't afford this.

If you rate that as excellent,you're very easily pleased.

He improved to a 6/10,from a 4/10 in the first half.

He needs to show more substance.more guts.....he needs to be a player who takes a game by the scruff,someone we can look to for inspiration and that others can rely on.Right now he's so inconsistent and lightweight,when the going gets tough he vanishes.

Hopefully he gets game time in the summer and next season he returns a far more confident and dependable player.
 
Hopefully after the PSG game he gets a start or two with the rest of the first XI. Just needs that one goal and playing with a more fluid team would help
