Don’t know if it’s just me but it’s so obvious how good he is and how good he will be for this team. I love me a good ‘number 8’ and he’s exactly what we need.

Just another well-rounded cog in the machine who can do pretty much everything needed. His goal scoring is a tad undesirable but I’m sure that will improve.

I don't think he was bought as a backup to Rodri but he's versatile enough to play that role when Rodri needs a rest.

Liked the part where he ghosted into the half-space behind the full back to link up with Jack. His cross was blocked but it was exactly the type of run Gundo used to make, really good signs he's picking up little things like that in his first half of football in pre-season. Always been a player I've admired from afar and like others have said I think he fits us like a glove and will be a key part of the team this year.
