Has a player ever had such a dramatic rise to favour under Pep? Most of us had never heard of him 6 months ago and he's now virtually first choice.

will be destroyed by rashford and will lose his confidence. walker and ake should start
So far, he's played very well against Leeds, Liverpool and Chelsea. I think he will be fine if selected to play against United. Can't say the same about Walker though who has been terrible this season.

Rico is extremely impressive. His ball retention is awesome, he contributes on both offense and defense and seems to be fast - able to recover if out of position. At the same time - he doesn't seem to have the "killer pass" in his skillset at this time... hopefully he'll develop this.

Is it a step too far for him or should he start as most of our best recent performances have included him?

A step too far. If he makes a mistake it will ruin his confidence. If things do not go well we can always bring him as sub.

You learn from mistakes. He will make mistakes. He needs to be supported when he makes mistakes. But we have some characters who on filed put down and demotivate players

For some reason hasn't even come off the bench ever since Pepe praised him after the post match against Chelsea

Why? Walker was very good today and looked like he might be getting back to his best.

Lewis looks okay, but he’s no Walker.
Walker can barely pass a ball straight.

I am sorry but Lewis in today and theres half a chance we see out a 1-0 win. This lad is the right sided Zinchenko, capable of holding onto the ball and creating some sort of balance and control on that side.
