If he can improve his header, he can score unlimited goals!
I agree. I just listened to his post-match interview. He was disappointed that he didn‘t get his hat-trick from the pass that Kev put across that ended up with Gundo. His link up play was good whenever I saw him for dortmund. I don't think it will take a couple of years under Pep for him to become a complete striker, I think he already is a complete striker, and just needs to get used to the team a bit
He could realistically have had five goals today (the two he scored, plus the two header misses and the slide at the back post when Kev crossed it) and possibly an assist when he did some good link up play and slipped Ilkay in who should have got his shot off. You wonder how many times he will be getting multiple goals in games this season. Strap yourselves in because this is going to be one hell of a ride, and a very joyous one at that
*instillsFrightening thing is, you can tell he's not yet fit and not in tune with the team yet hes still doing that. The striking viking exudes fear.
Got the 40 goals in one league season bet ha. Another 38 to go in 37 games and I win 5k. Come on Erling fella.
I also got 8/1 on the double of Erling top scorer and City to win Prem.250/1! Put 20 quid on. It's unlikely, obviously, but I dunno. He's freakish.
My mate is brilliant at mixed metaphors, once said “the onion net”, other classics are “itchy bum time”, “don’t put your eggs in one box” and “England are a certainty, bet your mouse on them”.Everyone can stop flapping now, the boy knows where the onion bag is!
