I agree really, but we have to try. The club have been incredibly stupid these last 2 windows it’s insane!We don’t have the players to give us control, though, which is much of the problem. We started heading in this direction after we won in Europe and are now a hybrid. We’re incapable of prolonged possession against good teams and we’re incapable of slugging it out with anybody half decent if we play expansively.

We played some of the most enjoyable football of the Pep era with Foden as our false nine. I know we are on the treble with Haaland at the top, but almost every statistical category says we were better without him, making our treble even more special, but improbable even coming close to repeating, which we're seeing right now.

The poor planning has gone on much longer than two windows, which means it may take some time until we’re comfortably settled.
One of the professional footballers that are on the pitch, maybe the winger who cost 50M or the PFL player of the year.
