I was already hammered from a session in the Roman Bar in Camelon and then went off to a party where people were egging me on with " let's see if Welshmen can hold their drink " jibes, they quickly learned i couldn't.
Fcuk knows how i got home as i was covered in puke and i cant see a taxi taking me haha

Maybe it was her way of signalling a wry comment?
A sort of tongue in cheek ‘fuck you’ aimed at taking the piss out of the type of person that she thinks you must be to send a €50 voucher to her after she’d already made her feelings towards you very plain by refusing to even have a coffee with you in the first instance?
Then again, it’s a tonic wine primarily but it also has a more modern reputation as being the drink favoured by penniless piss heads with social issues - maybe she’s referencing the later in a vindictive manner (I hope not) or perhaps (more likely I think) kindly referencing the former in the hope that the tonic in the wine picks you up and you get better then stop mithering her?
