Well remembered mate.

According to the book, it was big JC in that day

Siddall played in the 0-2 on Mar 31 '86

What memory - those days are long gone for us mate

We remember the good and the bad days - we just forget the finer details of the really bad days LOL

Morning TH and thanks for the info, very interesting mate.

fbloke, are you telling us that in your opinion, Torres will be a city player???

Tolmies has just said we are after 2 strikers....

Torres and Balotelli?

WoW!

I think it is widely understood that City were talking to both club and agents during the world cup.

For whatever reason City walked away but didnt close the door.

Perhaps that was wise as there is no other club in for him now.

The banks that hold the paper on Dipper Debts are asking serious questions about cashflow levels for the coming season.

We have seen them shed a few players already but its for pennies against the pounds they really do need.

It seems logical that City can wait, and wait and wait. Perhaps waiting on fitness before going back?

But of course we also have Jo and Caicedo so maybe we dont need him ;-)

many thanks for the reply mate.

It seems that the strategy in play is beginning to bear fruits....some very big, ripe fruits at that ;-)
