Aside from the Showstopper speculation, and Torres being pulled. The bit that got me thinking was this line

There is no agreement in place, no deal agreed whatsoever, he was one of only four other striker options, all being considered.

That leaves 3 striking options.. Ibra is obviously one, Dzeko seems to be a real possibility aswell which leaves the final spot.. Is it Balotelli or someone we haven't actually been linked with yet?

As for the Showstopper? I honestly have no idea... I must admit I'm very content with how the midfield is shaping up with the addition of Silva and Toure, would be happy if we only added Dzebo up front.

So I don't know.... would piss a hell of a lot of people off on here if they got Elano back ;-)
