However I'm not an 'all right Jack' like some posters and believe the system should make sure what is right for some fans, should be right for all others.

Shame if it wasn't as there were two Blues on our plane who didn't have tickets despite being season card holders and on the Champs League scheme!

No. I've agreed there's an issue with SCs and official trips. Doesn't mean it's a bad idea in general for tickets to be collected in the away city. I went to Monchengladbach and had to get my ticket through someone I know and when I went to Barcelona it was the same. There's 2 games where someone got points and didn't go and I didn't get mine. The same would have happened with Madrid without the new system and that wouldn't be fair.As I have just said to Tim
