A Positive from the new euro away ticket system?

At last, I now see where you are coming from and why there has been so much hostility and bile from you the past two weeks.
It's such a pity that my post was too long for you to comprehend, which is why I emboldened some sections for the hard of thinking. The one thing you gleaned from it was I struggled opening my bag, most perceptive of you. I'm impressed.

You must be a fully paid up member of the Supporters Club.

Official stance is the fans are dickheads and why should you need ticket points if you're in they're club. In the club you don't need points for a ticket, outside you do. Seems completely fair to me and everyone else I'm sure.

Fortunately some of us are better than that.

Do you want me to recommend some counselling for your obsession with Supporters Clubs lol?

The only people who got tickets via our SC could have easily used their points to get the tickets direct from the Club. We've also taken big followings to Newcastle and Southampton that would otherwise have been empty seats.

I have now worked out who is in the the Supporters Club who have been criticised most on this forum. I don't know the guys well but from conversations I've had with them, they all seem to have 16k plus points and are lifelong Blues.

Sorry, but I’m getting irritated to fuck by all this anecdotal 2nd guessing of how many points whores actually exist within our support, and whether this new collection system actively discourages their activity, or merely camouflages their buying history behind the political minefield of supporters branches pre ordering tickets.

Personally, I know dozens of supporters with less than 8,000 points, who were all in Madrid. They travelled with a certain Supporters Club, via Thompsons, and as far as I’m concerned, good luck to them.

Also, do we define a points whore, as somebody who qualifies for a ticket for a game that he/she has no intention of attending. but buys a ticket anyway, presumably to obtain the points required for a more attractive game?

If that’s an accurate description, then why was nobody complaining when City subsidised the Southampton tickets?
Surely, if you’re going to travel down that route, then £20 for a Southampton ticket would have guaranteed a few extra points?
How many people bought a Southampton ticket, but only went to Madrid, and if they did, then why are supporters cherry picking their causes for concern?

Jusr as relevant (and I spoke to a few fans who did this), how many people realised that by immediately renewing their Season Ticket for 2016-17, their new points tally might take them over a threshold, and thus ensure that they were eligible for Madrid tickets, possibly 24 hours before those who didn’t?

I'm not particularly bothered either way, but even though I’ve got over 16,000 loyalty points, and travelled to virtually every european away game in my adult, City-supporting experience, ( 36 of our last 39 to be precise, of which about a dozen at most were sellouts), I now find myself being treated like a total dickhead, often receiving contradictory advice regarding Passport ID, and never quite understanding why at the age of 51, I’m suddenly walking around Paris or Madrid, with a fluorescent wrist band

Sledgehammers and walnuts.

I'll agree about the sledgehammers and walnuts but if we're stuck with it then we need a few tweaks. - And I'm basing this on Paris as I wasn't in Madrid.
First we need the collection point to be publicised immediately the tickets are purchased to enable fans to select appropriate hotels and meeting places etc. We were lucky in Paris that our hotel just happened to be on the same metro line so the messing about was minimised.
We also need some sort of late collection facility. When we played Schalke a few years ago we were delayed by traffic and wouldn't have been able to get to a collection point had the same system been in place.
Printing pictures and other ID info on tickets would be the best option then the collection point nonsense could be scrapped.

Stop talking sense mate

I actually call them people who need dealing with by the authorities.

About the rest of your post its as actutrate (sic) as your previous. Yet you still haven't responded to my earlier post except the personal pop (wrongly again, but no surprise there eh?), although at least you've managed to stop the abuse Mr Angry.

In all the time I have been on BM the only person I have got angry with is you. I have never had an arguement with anyone else, that's the way I am. I have never received a warning from a Mod or been banned. I only got angry when you started abusing me in one of the ticket threads after the PSG match. It seems you do not like someone who thinks the new system is any good. You are a bully. You abused me and then pulled the thread. Why did you do that ? Did you realise you had overstepped the mark, that Bullying and abuse was against the CoC ?
You abuse people and hide behind being a Mod. You post inaccurate rubbish and perhaps stupidly I responded to one of your snidey comments because I then got the warning.

You may call people who throw objects at Spanish fans 'people who need dealing with by the authorities. I call them dickheads. I don't like seeing elderly gentleman have their head split open. You have a phrase for the 'fans' I have one word Dickheads.

You are right I have stopped the abuse, let us see if you can.

Ho Ho Ho, aren't you the helpful one
You clearly didn't read the earlier post but felt it was right to comment because your beloved Supporters Club was mentioned again.
You need to stop them queening you Tim.

You and I know three were people there without the required points. Some were corporate and some were through our magnificent and wholly fair supporters club.

So let me get this right, if you have more than 200000 loyalty points you're a pillar of the community and will behave impeccably purely because you've accrued the points.
Anything less than that and you're a munich chanting racist thug that only goes to the match to chuck coins at opposing fans.

Like we've discussed before, most of us want the type of system that works best for us and probably our friends and

You have been shown to be a liar, which is why you got so angry. You have also posted inaccuracies about letters/emails/passports/ID.
I still believe illegality should be dealt with by the authorities, you believe fans are dickheads therefore we should all be punished.

You're happy with being treated as a mug, some of us are not, end of.

It's you who is the bully, and I've had plenty of experience of spotting them and dealing with them all my life. You were the abuser and I didn't accept it, and never will from cowards who stand behind the likes of Chisholm.

I suggest you put me on ignore if you don't like what I have to stay, at least it will stop me having to read your constant trolling of my posts.
