Dysfunctional family stand?

And whilst some have mentioned the empty seats in area's, the family stand has alot to do with that.
Needs scrapping.

How on earth dose the family stand have anything to do with empty seats in any other area other then the family stand?
Really don't understand the logic of the "just scrap it argument"
It has already been mentioned several times, that a lot of the front seats ( the ones which seem to be empty and noticeable on TV) are for club use for the community and not ST... Perhaps the answer short term would be to move the community seats further up so doesn't look so bad on TV..
You are always going to get more no attendees in the family stand for many reasons as family's will priorities things like weddings, christenings, holidays, bad weather and ill health, kick of times and travel distance, more then the single bloke or the bloke who uses the match to get the well deserved break away from the mrs and kids.
I don't take my six year old to night games coz he falling asleep on me come half time and he is wiped out and grumpy the day after. but you pays your money you make your choice..
Iv found it hard to even give my tickets away for some of the games iv not been able to make let alone sell them. So think the review should be about exchanging the tickets rather then taking a pop at family's or the concept of having a family stand..
I'm sure most ST holders would prefer to give a mate the chance to go when can't attend..
But to scrap the family stand is a bit of a over reaction when the problem is more with the front row community tickets
