Yes by the prosecution who were probably told it wasn't relevant because it isn't, just because they brought it up doesn't mean it got them anywhere. I

I really don't think that someone should be punished for what other people do on his behalf. Unless it's proven that he was behind it.

I don't think they are the brightest bunch reading between the lines. The ex boyf of his sister posted something on FB that lets just say demonstrated his lack of education! They seem to love FB though. Even he had over 3000 friends. How do you get that many friends?
