Speaking to a Boro lad and he thinks he's staying at Boro, reason thinks city and Boro are too far apart in valuations and Boro would rather keep him til the season end's due to Boro getting a development fee which they believe will be a substantial sum due to his talent. So in effect they're in a win win situation.
