Too inconcistent, can bang in a screamer then go the next 25 minutes stood on the touch line picking his arse. He's an impact player, not good enough to be a regular starter in our team. He's 25 and should have progressed a lot more than he has, disappointing really.

I get the feeling AJ is a likeable bloke with a touch of arrogance, but for me he is one injury away from becoming the next Micheal Johnson, likes his boozy nights out too much I think and if he was to get a serious injury (out for 6-8 months) I really don't think he'd make it back, there has been a huge improvement in Joe Hart since RM told him to leave the high life alone during the season, sad to say it but yes let him go.
