I dont see a desire to nail a place and change the managers mind. I think if he goes to Sunderland he will stay there for a long ime and just turn up every now and then against big clubs and go missing against the smaller clubsTaylor said:He plays well off the bench but when given the opportunity to start he goes missing to often. I do find it funny he claims that he can't be expected to perform well every few games. If you can't appreciate being a squad player at this current environment with an exceptional squad of players then the only place for you is at a lesser abled club. AJ will join Sunderland, will play every week but won't play champions league football again.... unless someone buys him in a few years!
If he was content with where he is now, he wouldn't be looking for a move. The lad wants to play, and I respect him for that. If Mancini doesn't think he's good enough then it's best for all concerned if he moves on. I really rate the lad, so I'd be disappointed to see him leave, but I'd warn those who don't rate him to be prepared for some clips of AJ at his best when he gets a run of games under his belt.
