Really showed what type of player he is tonight..

1. Lazy
2. Shit in the air
3. A winger?? when we had 2 on the pitch already!!
4. Overpaid

Lets sell or swap him asap.

Best analasis of Adebayor yet,I will be gutted if he is with us next season.

5. No idea of the offside rule
6. No Heart

1. Ya he was strolling.
2. Ya, Pair of Spuds CBs, covering our lone striker, are shit in the air
3. Ya, On the wings, all alone without opponents WBs hovering over him. Ya, constrict & compact Spuds defence for Tevez to contend with.
4. Ya, compared to Berbaflop?

Do you know why the bitter & jilted Gunners are still mad at Ade?

Is that because Arsenal team doesn't play 'hoof & thumped' football hoping to Hail Mary?
Thats why you are mad at him? Swap him for Bendtner? Or Berbaflop?

Adebayor is gash, much like Robinho. On his day he's quality however it's too hit and miss for a team going for the top four, fuck him. Sign Dzeko.

This about sums up a lot of City fans It's the Dickov effect, maybe its to do with the hard working industrious reputation of Manchester people?

When did Ade get a decent ball tonight? Thought Bellamy, the working bee, was better tonight but has been poor of late but he gets away with it because of his perceived work-rate

I am not blaming manchini or the ref tonight, but Adebayor. He rarely won a ball in the air and was the most frustrating player on the pitch for me, it bought back memories of Corradi. I feel sorry for Manchini becuase he let him down in a very big game and the fans, what did you guys think of him tonight?

You will get hung on here for this

I mentioned i thought he was shit against villa but he scored a tap in and was a hero .
For me he is a good goal poacher but has very little ball skills

He simply needed to try harder to force his way into the game.He has a physical presence and needs to use it. Last night it wasn't evident and he gave King and Dawson a fairly easy ride. At times he showed some effort and chased a bit but he did it in areas which were totally none threatening.

His timing is poor, but Adebayor is not our biggest problem, our complete and utter lack of any creativity in the middle of the field is. When your strikers have to come deep and go to the wings to try and create something, that's when you've got issues. We've got nothing in the midfield, creative midfielder priority one.

I watched it on telly, so don't have the same view as some of you. However, from where I was sat Spurs looked the better team, and I couldn't see us scoring in the second half. Our forwards got no decent service in the second half. If Crouch was any better it could have been 0-3.

Spuds defence especially CBs read the game very well especially when we aired the ball to our lone striker upfront. What do we expect when we 'telegraphed' to the opposition that we going to hoof the ball to Ade from ways back in our half!
At a game like this, where Spurs doesn't have to 'win' they can afford not to have a 'mismatch' covering Ade!
Its frustrating for me to watch a frustrated Ade trying hard to break the offside trap. Ade's forte is splitting the defence especially when they are not parking the bus!
