I've posted on this before...
Ade ia 100% adamant that he will not take a single penny less than his £180K a week for the FULL length of his contract regardless of what happens. If he trains with the kids - then fine if he's being paid £180K a week. If he doesn't play at all - fine, just pay me £180K a week please. Move to Spurs? Fine - just cut the deal so i get paid out the equivilant of £180K for the full term of my contract. I know the landlord of the house he rented when he was playing for us. He also paid cash out of his own money to have an indoor swimming pool fitted in the house! You couldn't make it up!

A permanent deal is in place for when Modric is sold, he's lowered his wage demands after it hit home he would be training with the youth squad all season.

No it means he wasnt right, even though he says he was right when he was obviously wrong. Plus, he still thinks we will sign De Rossi. Head the ball imo.

He wouldn't of lowered anything, we would of paid his contract up just to get him off the books for others to come in.

Emmanuel Adebayor has completed a permanent transfer to Tottenham Hotspur, bringing a three-year association with the club to an end.

The Togolese forward made 34 appearances and scored 15 goals for City after joining from Arsenal in 2009 – he joins Spurs for an undisclosed fee.

Mark Hughes made Adebayor the third striker he signed in the summer of 2009, following Carlos Tevez and Roque Santa Cruz to the Etihad Stadium.

The 28-year old spent last season on loan at White Hart Lane with his last appearance in a City shirt coming on 1 December 2010 against Red Bull Salzburg in the Europa League. He scored 18 goals in 37 appearances for Spurs last season.
