Bollocks. All depends on whether you're arsed about our players showing the slightest bit of professionalism or respect for City

will you boo him?

Stupid question, would I fuck. I won't be chanting his name though either. If he comes on the pitch and puts in a good performance and shows he gives a flying fuck then of course he'll get my full support but it isn't good him showing such disregard for City, which is what this is. Even if it's a tribute he should still recognise that he can't go wearing rival teams shirts and he should pay tribute in some other way. The tree huggers excuses of his head being fucked don't wash because he shouldn't be doing interviews if that's the case.

I think it's a sad state of affairs that a City player shows such ignorance to City and so called fans slate other fans for showing disoncern, have a bit of respect for the club you support FFS

don't you get it? I have more respect for the club than you could know. adebayor is one of ours. i think we have to treat our people correctly. he is a human being who has been put through intolerable stress over the last week. nothing you can imagine can compare to it. he should be off duty, but part of who he is, is a figurehead for his country, so he isn't getting the time out of the spotlight he needs. so he's made a mistake. that is insignificant compared to what he's going through. if we take players to task over trivial matters like this, in these circumstances, I certainly would not respect my club one iota.

I certainly will not respect people who think it's ok to run their mouths off under the circumstances.

what a load of bollocks, which ever way you look at it, its not hard to change a fucking top before going on telly! im not saying its a hanging offence but it does look bad.

All depends on how soft you are and how easily upset you are. I have a few other things going on right now in my life, things which when I see Ade wearing an Arsenal top I think, 'oh', nothing more. Like I said on another post, it would be interesting to see how many of the slaggers off of Ade would dare ask him to his face why he did that.
have i missed something?
has ade suddenly become the hardest man on the planet?
id love to get the chance to ask him why he did that tbh, these idiots might have the attitude of 'its just a job to me' (which they actually do because i met roy keane once when he was at the scum, told him how much i hate utd and he said those exact words) but for us mere mortals who were there before them and will be there long after they have retired at thirty fucking five with 20 - 30 million quid in the bank it means the chance for know nothing rags to take the piss. i may be thin skinned, i may be a mard arse but i dont like cunts taking the piss out of my club, i take it personally.

Sorry, but was he on Sky Sports News following a match of ours, doing a post-match interview after us winning live on Sky? No. Was he in his homeland, going through hell and not really caring what anyone thinks right now? yes. Talking of respect, why don't you show some to Ade and whilst you're at it, throw a bit of understanding in at the same time?

Jan 2011. Tevez, having just witnessed the gunning down of one of his team mates whilst on duty with Argentina, does an interview in his homeland whilst wearing a Cruzeiro top, (who he played for in Brazil if memory serves right). Will a fuss be made of it? No. Why? Cos Tevez is flavour of the month. All this is, is a witch hunt cos Ade has not been playing well for us, also known as bullying. Again though, it would be interesting to see the piss trickle down the legs of those who dare ask him to his face when they see he about to snap when asked about this (nothing) incident.

Completely agree with the previous post! Any city fan who has ppsted on here and has asked whether we should boo him seriously has lost the plot and surely cant be a fan who 1 - respects human beings 2 -respects the fact Ade has just lost 3 of his colleagues 3 -and further more cannot watch city week in, week out, like the most of us on here!

Give the guy a break, yes it was a little embarassing but, come on!!

utterly pathetic. you really don't get it. having the rags take the piss out of you is really all you are worried about. how about one of our players being shot at?

Doesn't matter him. He is obsessed by the rags.
